Alex has lived in Burnley all his life and is responsible for running our election campaigns. Alex believes in restricted government and fiscal prudency with a strong pound. Alex is Eurosceptic and believes Britain would have its interests best served by restricting European governance in the United Kingdom. Alex has helped with the creation of the youth branch of the party and works to bring new members to the Association.

Last year Alex stood as a candidate for the Lanehead ward and campaigned heavily for Conservative principles and values throughout the town of Burnley. Alex has suffered unemployment twice in the last year and knows directly the difficulties that the people of this town face.

Alex cares passionately about the future of not just Burnley, but Britain as a whole and is known among members for his blunt, straight-talking. Alex believes Burnley can be better and he will continue to work within the Conservative team to try and achieve a better Burnley for all the people by what ever means possible.
